When will my MONTHLY box ship?

  • New Subscribers that sign up will have their first box shipped out within a few business days as long as supplies last. If we are out of gear, they will be shipped the next month's box.
  • Existing Subscribers will have their boxes shipped by the 15th of the month.

 When will I be charged for my monthly box?

  • You will be charged at the time of purchase for your first box and then on the 1st of the month for the following months' boxes.

When will my QUARTERLY box ship?

  • New Subscribers that sign up will have their first quarterly box shipped out within a few business days as long as supplies last. If we are out of gear, they will be shipped the next quarters box.
  • Existing Subscribers will have their boxes shipped every 3 months in the first half of the month.

When will I be charged for my quarterly box?

  • You will be charged at the time of purchase for your first box and then every 3 months at the beginning of the month.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • You may cancel the auto renewal of any subscription or membership at any time. However you will need to cancel prior to the 1st of the month of when your box is to ship or you will be charged and will be shipped that month's/quarter's box. If you cancel after the 1st of the month your cancellation will go into effect for the following month's/quarter's box. Please cancel prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged. You can cancel your subscription by creating an account and logging into your subscription.

How do I manage my subscription?

  • You can manage your subscription (change billing info, shipping address, swap boxes, cancel) by creating an account associated with your email address you used at checkout for your box. When you checkout an activation email will be sent to you. Typically this email will be in your inbox, but occasionally it is found in the junk/spam folder. Once you activate your account, you will be able to access it on our website. If you try to login on the website and it is saying there is not an account associated with the email address entered, make sure you activated your account through the email.
